Hawg Seekers Tackle Hawg Seekers Tackle Co. was started in 2004 by Ron Bentley and Joel Stelter in Altoona, Wisconsin, growing out of Ron's ten years of ideas and tinkering in his shop. After having all of his musky baits stolen out of his boat, Ron decided to start filling his tackle box on his own. Between the owners, there are 36 years of musky fishing experience. The ideas for the unique shapes of some of their baits come from a lot of trial and error. Before being introduced on the market, each new model undergoes a full season of on-the-water testing by Ron, Joel, Josh and a whole host of musky guides and dedicated fisherman. All are manufactured in the US at their shops in Altoona and Elk Mound, WI with the invaluable help of their families. The product line has seven different models with more to come. |
